Tripping out of the Gate
Welcome back, dear reader!
This past week has been a big flop regarding OBE. There's been a large anxiety about the insomnia, and I think I added up the lost sleep hours since the 2nd of the Moderna jabs, and it's between 75 and 100 hours thus far. Last night was just about the easiest induction of sleep in a couple weeks, so that went far towards reducing the worry. But it's going to be well into 2022 before I'm whole again. Yeesh...
So last entry was recounted the very first whole vibrational state experience. After that, there was one other full vibrational state event, and a handful of other semi-attempts that never quite fully blossomed. On the full vibrations, there was an interesting hypnogogic image, but during the episode, I could not get my other body to move. The vibrations themselves felt less intense than the first time. The first time, I was on my left side, facing the sofa back. This second full event, I was on my back, head facing west. I'm not sure if this matters.
Since then, what I call semi-events are all that occur. I relax down to Focus 10 (mind awake; body asleep) while mentally repeating affirmations: I welcome the vibrations. I invoke the vibrational state now. I easily go out of body now. Then I slow and stop all thought down to one single thread, where I just be. Most of the time I sit there listening to my tinnitus without any judgment, waiting for what will happen to happen.
So what has ended up happening is that every few seconds (think somewhere between 10 to 30 seconds) there's a rapid build up to the vibrations, and then it collapses immediately. The buildup and collapse takes about a second.
I'm not sure what all the problem is. If you have had the same issue and have corrected it, please let me know.
What I'm going to do is this though. I've got Peterson's YouTube playlist and I'll listen to some music to attempt to improve my overall vibes. I've got YT Channels Frequency Tuning, and Theta Realms that I'll take another listen to, and maybe catch up with their most current stuff. I've also been meaning to re-read Buhlman's work and actually get pen and paper and physically write out the homework. He says it works and I hear it only works when you actually PUT IN the work.
On the insomnia front, I just received samples from my doc that could help. The fun part is that it lists hypnagogic/hypnopompic hallucinations as well as sleep paralysis as side effects. We'll see if it helps out. There's also Galantimine as well as Magnesium L-threonate on its way expected to arrive on the 3rd. So we're going to start hitting this from multiple fronts.
Exciting times! Peace and love, y'all!
